Welcome to Pura Livin – Where Lifestyle Meets Adventure

Our journey began with a deep love for Costa Rica—especially the Nicoya Peninsula, one of the world’s rare Blue Zones known for longevity, purpose, and well-being. After relocating from the fast-paced energy of New York City to a slower, more relaxed beach life by the ocean in Jupiter, Florida, we found clarity, connection, and a deeper calling to share that lifestyle with others.

It all started when I surprised my husband with a milestone birthday trip—just the two of us. That trip changed everything. He got stung by the pura vida bug, and we both knew we had to keep coming back. Since then, we’ve explored Costa Rica —wandering through beach towns, zip-lining through jungles, chasing waterfalls, trying local foods, and making genuine friendships with the people who call this place home. Every trip deepened our love for the culture, the community, and the endless adventures waiting around every corner.

What started as a vacation tradition has now turned into a lifestyle—and a way to help others experience the same magic. Today, we own a boho-inspired Airbnb in Jacó, nestled between jungle and ocean, with plans to add even more spaces for us and travelers to enjoy. Along the way, we’ve built strong connections with locals—so when you travel with us, you’re not just booking a trip, you’re tapping into authentic experiences we’ve lived ourselves.
